I have also had some puff pastry in the freezer and I had some leftover fruit so last week I made some pastries too! Great minds think alike! I like the combo of apple/peach as I have tons of each from the market every week. YUM. Although I have tried puff pastry pre-made all over the world and I must have bought the ‘extra butter’ kind without noticing it because I swear when the pastries were cooking it smelled like butter popcorn up in here! It was crazy. Although butter is always good right?
