Es un buen reto, la verdad es que no recuerdo si mis abuelos solo lo usaban para abono, pero yo lo utilizarÃ­a de dos formas distintas. Asumiendo que tenga ese olor delicioso del guandÃº al cocerse (y que tiene alguna nutriciÃ³n que no estoy segura), lo harÃ­a como un caldo con eso para utilizar en otros arroces. O si es comestible, lo cocinarÃ­a y luego lo pasarÃ­a por el procesador de comida para usarlo como relleno en albÃ³ndigas, o dependiendo de quÃ© tan purÃ© quede tambiÃ©n lo usarÃ­a en arroz fritos, o agregarÃ­a a estofados.

It&#039;s kind of like my family (Italian) and how we don&#039;t measure anything... it literally become how well you eyeball things.  I learned from a Puerto Rican woman that her family measures liquid vs. rice by never going above 2 finger widths of liquid above the rice. prob. about the same measurement as your mom&#039;s!  i&#039;m excited to explore your blog.]]></description>
