Cocinerita, mil gracias!! Mi mamÃ¡ muriÃ³ y entre las recetas que dejÃ³, faltaba esta. Estoy feliz, lo preparÃ© y sabe igual!!

Referente a algo de historia, mami decÃa que la receta mondongo a la Culona, venÃa de Cuba y esta a su vez de EspaÃ±a, de quÃ© parte de EspaÃ±a habrÃa que investigar.
