I&#039;ll review this post to make sure it is more clear and a list of ingredients =) I suggest to start 1 tablespoon of sugar per plantain, pinch of salt and cinnamon to taste.  If you have a real sweet palate then go 2-3 tablespoons of sweetness.  Good luck!]]></description>
