This would seem like high praise (and I am English so I can be honest), but trends come and go over there like wildfire. That said, if the Amish can get excited about a whoopie pie then there is reason to celebrate cause they aren’t known for their over the top enthusiasm about anything but horsecarts and those weird fake fireplaces. The Icelandic butter is interesting – I’ve not seen it for sale in NY – but if it’s anything like as good as skyr, their yogurt, your money was well spent!
