Just like with my banana bread recipe, this one is easy to bake. Iâ€m more of a savory bread kind of person, but J loves sweet breads and itâ€s impossible to stay away from the Pumpkin madness that begins with the fall season. So here you have it, a pistachio-pumpkin bread recipe that as you can see with the pics on the bottom of the post, I served with Pistachio Gelato.

I grew up eating baked goods with either milk or a side of ice cream and fruit gelatin (yes, Royal gelatin), and the other day my friend Sarah suggested I try the Pistachio Gelato from Talenti. This is our third week buying that gelato, we are hooked!

Whether you enjoy your breads with ice cream or by themselves, I hope you get a chance to try this recipe and share your thoughts, and if not, go out and try that gelato and let me know how it goes. There should be a rehab center for such deliciousness! And no my friends, this is not a sponsored endorsement, I just love their gelati that much!
